Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These Terms of Service (the Terms) set out the agreement between you and JobFlow (we, us, our) for the websites, Google Business Profile optimisation and follow-up systems we provide for UK tradespeople and home-service businesses. By booking a call, signing up or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
About us
JobFlow provides done-for-you websites, Google Business Profile optimisation, automated lead follow-up and related marketing systems for UK trades. Our Services are sold under two monthly plans: Foundations (£219 a month) and Growth (£329 a month), along with optional add-ons and an optional AI employee. We are not VAT-registered, so the prices shown are the full amount payable.
In these Terms, "you" means the business or individual who signs up for or uses our Services. You confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your business.
Your agreement to these Terms
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to any other policies we refer to, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Our Services
We build and run websites, Google Business Profile optimisation, review requests, missed-call text-back, instant enquiry alerts, automated follow-up, an inbox, a lead pipeline and a mobile app. On Growth, we also keep your Google Business Profile active each week, help you show up in AI search, protect your profile and send you a monthly ranking report. The full details of what is included in each plan are shown on our pricing page and the relevant feature pages.
We may add to, change or stop offering particular features from time to time. We will tell you in advance about any material changes that affect your plan.
Your plan and pricing
Your subscription runs month to month. Foundations is £219 a month and Growth is £329 a month. Optional add-ons, such as a one-off Google Business Profile optimisation (£300) or a Kickstart Campaign (£400), are charged separately. There is no setup fee and no additional VAT to pay. Prices may change, but any change to your plan price will be notified in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at the start of any billing cycle. We may also offer custom pricing or packages from time to time, which will be set out in your order confirmation.
Payment and billing
You pay for your subscription in advance, each month, by the payment method you choose at sign-up. You authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the relevant amount on a recurring basis until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause your Services until payment is received. You are responsible for making sure your payment details are up to date.
Cancelling and the money-back guarantee
There is no contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, contact us at info@jobflowlocal.co.
Your first month is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your new website and systems within 30 days of going live, tell us and we will refund your first payment, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first payment only and does not cover any add-on or custom work you have separately agreed to pay for.
Your website
Your website is built and hosted by us on our platform as part of your subscription. It is not a one-off build you own outright. It runs on our platform, so when you stop paying the subscription we stop hosting it and the site goes offline. If you leave and still want to keep the website design, we are open to a discussion about buying it from us at a reasonable price, for you to host elsewhere. Until any such agreement is reached, the website and its design remain ours.
Your obligations
To help us deliver the Services, you agree to:
- give us accurate and up-to-date information about your business;
- provide any access, content, photos or details we reasonably need, such as your Google Business Profile access and your customer contact lists;
- answer enquiries that come through in a reasonable time, since winning the job remains your responsibility;
- make sure any customer contact details you give us are collected lawfully (for example, while doing work for that customer); and
- reply to and act on the enquiries and notifications our Systems send to you.
SMS, text and email communications
As part of the Services, we send and manage text messages on your behalf, including missed-call text-back, review requests, follow-ups and Kickstart Campaigns. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to contact the people on any list you give us, and that every marketing message offers an easy way to opt out (such as replying STOP). We set your campaigns up that way. You must not use our Systems to send spam, unsolicited marketing or messages that break the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations or any other law.
Your Google Business Profile
Where we manage your Google Business Profile, you remain the owner and account holder, and you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We act on your instructions and in line with Google's terms and policies. We cannot control Google's decisions, including how it ranks your profile, whether it accepts a post or whether it removes a review, and we are not responsible for Google doing so. We will never post fake reviews or content that breaks Google's rules.
Intellectual property
We own or licence the software, templates, designs, text and systems we use to deliver the Services. You own the content and materials you provide to us about your business (such as your logo, photos and customer details), and you give us permission to use them to provide the Services. Unless you have bought the website design from us as described above, we keep ownership of the website design and underlying templates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our Site or Services, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with security, sending malicious content, infringing another person's rights, or using the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend or stop the Services if we believe you have breached these Terms or are misusing the Services.
Limitation of liability
We provide our Services with reasonable skill and care. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for: any indirect or incidental loss; loss of profits, business, contracts or goodwill; or any loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under law that cannot be limited.
No guarantee of results
Results vary from business to business and depend on your trade, area, competition, pricing and how quickly you respond to enquiries. Google rankings usually take a few months to build. We cannot guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, reviews or AI recommendations, because Google and AI tools make the final decision. We do not promise overnight results, and we do not guarantee you will be number one on Google.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We will tell you about significant changes in advance where we are required to. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or, where you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the laws of that jurisdiction). The courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where you have legal rights to use a different court.
